It's not just my job,
it's my passion
How many mechanics do you know that have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering?
I'm willing to bet you've now met your first. I'm a problem solver and a very good one at that.
I first started working on cars when I was in high school (yes, that was 20 years ago). My car battery died and took it to a repair shop. They charged us $600 to replace the battery and alternator. I thought to myself, "That's ridiculous!" So the next time my car had a problem, I fixed it myself. I liked the challenge of fixing electronics, small appliances, household repairs... but most of all cars.
When I was in college, I was fortunate to work in an auto shop fixing all kinds of vehicles. It was there that I learned the 2 main problems with the auto repair industry:
The result is: driving up the cost of repairs and the customer feeling like they do not know who to trust.
I quit my job as an electrical engineer in April 2012 to start this business and serve people in a more meaningful way. My goal is to provide total peace of mind for my customers and save them money by providing an alternative to high-cost dealerships and chain auto repair shops.
In my spare time, I like to play volleyball, I am an avid amateur photographer and I volunteer with Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity building houses.

- Many mechanics may not get at the root of a car problem. They may get stuck somewhere in the diagnosis and start replacing parts "on a hunch".
- Many customers feel "left in the dark" and many auto shops may take advantage of this because they are thinking of the short-term dollars, not the long-term trust.
The result is: driving up the cost of repairs and the customer feeling like they do not know who to trust.
